Cancellation Policy

Please note:  Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly and we also have nonrecoverable expenses in holding your reservation.  This is why we ask that you confirm your travel plans prior to making a room reservation.

           
PRIOR TO 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN:  Your deposit is refundable less a $25.00 processing fee.

14 DAYS TO 8 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN:  Your deposit is nonrefundable.

7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN:  The balance of your entire reservation will be charged to the credit card held on file.

Please speak to owners regarding cancellation policy on extended stays (over 3 nights), multiple   room bookings (more than 2 rooms) and special events / holidays / weekend packages.
